17-YEAR-OLD SAMBA MAKES DREAM MAN CITY DEBUT

Manchester City may have just introduced their next big academy star.

17-year-old Floyd Samba scored twice on his senior debut as City cruised past Norwich 5–0 in the Carabao Cup.

Playing in an unfamiliar No. 9 role, the teenager opened the scoring with a header in the 29th minute before producing a brilliant curling finish early in the second half.

Samba also played a part in Rayan Cherki's goal and was named Player of the Match.

The 17-year-old has been part of Manchester City's setup since he was eight and was promoted to the first team after impressing with the academy.

A dream debut — and potentially the beginning of a very big career. 👀
